OK , I think it's a poor musician that blames the instrument. I'm impressed by players that use simple acoustic instruments to make art. It's especially hard to do that and pull off highly-produced tunes with many layers of studio tracks. Watch these four do Hall & Oates. The drummer stuck a sheet of paper behind the strings of a guitar. The keyboard player is using a toy running on double-A batteries. The singer is driving the van. Some folks are musicians, some aren't.
