The Southsea bubble of the 21th centry has burst.
They keep change the rules.
They play "Peek-a-boo" with the books
They keep trying to drive life back into CDO's
At some point "They" are going to have to face it, the patient is dead, no amount of CPR is going to bring them back.
"They" Need a "Plan B"......They need to sit down & talk, not THREATEN the rest of the World.
