    It's definitely a bull-market trying to shape up, kind of on hold, while we wait for the federal reserve to get interest rates to - 5 %

      I read that as minus five percent?

      Do you really think that the demand for US Dollars will be so great that people holding them will pay 5% per annum for that privilege?
