I'm sure that the results are floating around... but,

I'm not sure about this guy. Time will tell.

I think that "leak" to Hal Turner is 100% bogus, but not because of anything the Treasury dept. said in response to it.

Points 5-7 as well as the additional note about the problem list were copied pretty much word for word from the following linked report about troubled banks from Martin Weiss (I recall because I posted it to our forums):

The author of the leak probably gathered the information for points 1-4 from the rest of Weiss' report.

On the other hand, I think that the leaked report from the D.H.S. on Turner's website is the real deal.
