    Talk about a trend that was easy to predict and one you could see unfolding for quite some time now. You certainly didn't need EJ's crystal ball to spot this one.

    Regarding your comment, Fiat, ("... good thing the banksters are doing so well while the Producer economy continues to melt."), I noticed the same obvious dychotomy as I cull through each day's financial headlines. To me, it reinforces the fact that we're seeing a dead-cat bounce, not the start of a new bull market. It will be interesting to see the rest of the earnings reports, and to see how MSM handles/spins them.

      Yes. I say this all too often these days ... but it's too bad more CEOs and investors don't think about Schumpeter's "creative destruction".
