I'm not that familiar with Quant Funds and was hoping someone here would be. (I assume that they are Hedge Funds operated purely on mathematical models, similar to Arbitrage Funds - or a First Cousin thereof.)

I'd really like the opinions of iTulipers on this article since it seems to make sense, and the point about Program Trading is absolutely correct - possibly even understaded.
