Another unintended consequence of government meddling in the economy...

Unbelievable the lengths to which GM will go to meet CAFE standards while keeping the Hummer line going...

Called the P.U.M.A. Project that stands for Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility, the two-wheeler is a more-practical

Practical? Urban? That thing hit a big pot hole in a city, It's toast.

I almost posted that yesterday but decided we has seen enough crap like this lately. And they need a car that balances like that why? Oh, so they could bring Segway into the deal, spend a lot of money on gee whiz technology, and then realize somebody's already invented a motorized urban two wheeled vehicle. Its called a scooter.

              Bailout my ass.

That's what they will tow it to the garage with.

Plus I expect one of the next "GREEN" industries to sprout out of all these new all electric cars is the towing industry.

The average US citizen will on average forget to plug the thing in at night and half home from work will find himself stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery. :p
