The real inflation will come when wages go UP, and they will, for the .gov stimulus projects.

Cash have been loosing value for the last 4-5 months, as most of the good investments bottomed out already then, most good investments are up 30% or more from the lows in november.

Well ... if you were able to successfully play that market bounce, and continue to be able to do so, being up substantially in your investments last year, this year and next, and if you're up 30% since november, then you jolly well have the right to proclaim that "cash is trash" at this point -- for you.

As for myself, while I made a tiny bit over a few days this last month, when I saw what looked like a sure thing uptick, I have mostly remained in cash. I am unable to play this corrupt market successfully, and I am quite happy that for the most part I have not played it, and am better off than most of those who have.

So ... like most things ... it depends on ones time horizon. For my time horizon, cash has been king.
