    I think this is how the US treasury market should had been trading had the market been rational.

    Forgive me i know NOTHING about Bonds, does this mean the rates are going up, like intrest rates?

      Correct, but with the Euro, they don't get a fall in the exchange rate as they should have gotten otherwise, and with the ECB their interest rates stays low. Without the Euro, the PIGS (Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain), even Ireland would had very high inflation, weaker exchange rates, and much higher interest rates. In a sense Germany and France are subsidizing them. It can only work for a while, unless things turn around, the euro could really start to take in water.

        The Yen link is amusing - Japan and its manufacturers WANT a low yen.
