      Are you referring to Whitney?

I agree. I saw her on Charlie Rose. There is more analysis of structure than sentiment in her dialogues than most analyst.

This woman being trumpeted as a savant gets under my skin. First the credit should go to the guy she was working under who shorted the financials and particularly mortgage back securities who introduced her to her opinion on financials (his name escapes me).

She's a "money honey" novelty who wouldn't even rate a CNBC appearance if not for her looks. Her analysis is correct, but as someone posted, so was Peter Schiffs among many others and why aren't they having temples built in their image? Mr. Schiff doesn't even work on Wall Street but he never be confused as "eye candy".

I'm just tired of "flash over substance". Having hot chicks doing the news and the analysis maybe entertaining, but there are people out there who REALLY have original talent and introspection Meridith doesn't strike me as a mental super heavy weight, maybe middle weight, but the world is full of middle weights.

I think Mr. Schiffs call on foreign dividend paying stocks is an early call. I think the whole world is going through a realignment that will make the current business environment look very different from the one in the future. But in case you haven't been keeping up on current events, the dollars plunging (like Schiff said), golds rising (like Schiff said), the Fed is monetizing (like....you get the point).

Say what you will about his equity investing, he has been on point as far as forecasting macroeconomics and he's just some "shlep" from Darien CT.

Another good video, although old news to iTulip readers, this time about some mechanics about NSS, although the overall argument is seriously flawed ('caused financial meltdown' - silly bit that).

BTW, somewhat related - there is something really interesting going on with Citigroup (C) June options/calls:
