      The rating agencies are international, but the primary European company is Fitch, which is owned by Fimalac, a company based in Paris, France [Fitch's main offices are in the two bubble capitals...London and NY]

        Thank you. So...is there...was there collusion between the rating agencies or just 'competition' to get business from corporations at all costs and be a bit sloppy bout rating critiques that help facilitate this Dance of Fairies? Competiton made em do it?
