Ask enough foxes how their sly brothers managed to get into the henhouse, eventually some of them will spill the beans on how it was done so easily if you make it worth their while (free chicken for even substantial answer).

However, expecting the foxes to guard the henhouse and prevent their brothers from entering again (or their own honor) is another matter.

Debrief the banksters, then get the bureaucrats, lawyers, risk analysts, and quality control experts to devise a solution.

That's something we can live with.

Don't know much about him, but what about a Leonard Abess, the CEO of City National Bank of Florida, that gave away part of his golden parachute to his employees.

Now he is jewish, so this would still allow for AIPAC conspiracy theories on Fox news and such.
