So this just gets back to the root of my question
If the foreign CBs don't need to explain themselves, and we may never know the real reasons for dollar acumulation (military? people being paid off? intelligence agencies run amok?) then we're playing multiple, endless games of musical chairs where the number of chairs is never reduced.
The dollars just keep going around and around and around.
Makes me wonder who is falling for this kind of coercion these days
