So this just gets back to the root of my question

If the foreign CBs don't need to explain themselves, and we may never know the real reasons for dollar acumulation (military? people being paid off? intelligence agencies run amok?) then we're playing multiple, endless games of musical chairs where the number of chairs is never reduced.

The dollars just keep going around and around and around.

Makes me wonder who is falling for this kind of coercion these days

To steal a d0llar only requires stealing a nickel from twenty suckers. To steal a thousand d0llars only requires stealing a nickel from twenty thousands suckers. Now when you try to steal Fifty Trillion d0llars it would appear you run out of suckers and somebody is catching on to how the game is played. The world plus 5% isn't working out like it used to and it's getting increasingly difficult to manage.

Economic Hit Men are finding it very difficult to get the right dictator in office these days. The world is moving away from Wall Street and London and starting their own game.
"Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one."

Re: uk, caribbean, channel island dollar purchases

my understanding is that the large flows through the u.k., the caribbean and the channel islands represent recycled petrodollars being anonymized and protected from seizures or freezes.
