it's an aging population (AND THEY KNOW IT) and the forking geniuses can afford all that

but are too stupid to build a hospital, specialty: geriatrics?

Good, high paying medical / technical jobs and some low paying orderly / cafeteria staff jobs.

Or maybe government is where all the geriatrics are supposed to end up, making decisions like this ...
