Yes, indeed I had been sitting on the INFLATION-DEFLATION FENCE but this puts me firmly in the DEFLATION camp. Glad that battle is finally over. This absolutely confirms delfation. Sort of a reverse of the situation in Zimbabwe.

You know ... eveything is not roses ... she probably had to cover $6 in real estate fees. If she lives in it for 3 years she might get that back in appreciation.
