      how about gun makers? Try Ruger (RGR) - good balance sheet to boot.

      Also go long Crawford A shares and short B shares - over a $3 dollar spread between the two securities - despite the same economics! Totally ridiculous

        I work in commercial real estate. I've got a decent amount of work out projects on my desk right now, including a few high profile foreclosures here in Manhattan. I wouldn't say we are booming as the environment has gotten a bit more competitive and due to the fact getting paid is becoming a real problem, but things could certainly be worse.
