This is now common on most British BBs:-

"500 staff have been sent home on leave from Corus in Llawern on normal pay. They roll steel from Port Talbot there which is mostly used in car production."

"A friend of mine who sub-contracts there does not think it will survive and once it goes he fears Port Talbot will go. My friend says that about 10,000 people in South Wales are dependent upon Llanwern and another 10,000 dependent upon Port Talbot."


We are getting killed!
