I worry when the MSM+Wall St start pointing clients (those left with any money) at Gold. I think it will down a bit & sideways in 2009.

I'm trying to cover all the bases this year. I'm a little late to iTulip but did take advantage of 2008 in my own way. I took about $6k of play money and was able to parlay that into $30k via put options on a few select failing finance companies, FRE, LEH, FNM, FED, KEY, COF, STI, GM & F.

I've now repositioned those funds to take advantage of the US interest rates going up, emerging markets declining some more, more finance company problems and inflation due to the incredible amount of funds the US Govt and Fed are initiating:

FAZ, TBT, EDZ, GDX, LEAP calls on AUY, KGC & RGLD.
