His Holiness, Dr. Williams, has it all wrong. Brown is taking from the wealthy [defined as those who still have a job, and includes their unborn children that will be future taxpayers] and giving it to the poor. Especially the newly poor bankers. Isn't that why he calls it New Labour?

Besides many of the bankers actually do "make things". I've heard all manner of City insiders have purchased plots in the Cotswalds where they raise sheep and grow baby aubergine. That's making something isn't it? :rolleyes:
