S.C. unemployment may hit 14 pct.

If South Carolina suffers from high unemployment and if the unemployment rate may hit 14% by summer, why did SC just one month ago, vote for the Republicans and against change?
Good lord, even conservative states like Nevada and Colorado, Missouri and Florida got the message, but South Carolina apparently did not. What's wrong down there? Still hooked on phonics?

maybe they vote on social principals vs "which party-gov is going to give me the biggest handout" - perhaps not the smartest move but
