yield curve getting a little bent out of shape?

Short end is jumpin' .. I haven't seen an inverted 10 bps spread between 2 and 10 yr notes since february. What's going on? People are bailing out of cash and into the market?

I thought this was a combination of private money/ coporate profits/ hedge funds all needing a place to put their money now. Seems the run of small and medium caps are over and the big blue chips with multi contient expousure are taking over. JMHO as I am a newbie on this
