You can't help but get crisp, new bills from ATMs here in the states. They're so fresh and warm I think the ATMs are printing the money themselves on-demand.

Yes, the article is true... but what it didn't say is that the week before that the ECB balance was $208 billion Euros. In other words, the ECB has been a net buyer to the tune of 10s of millions of ounces.

First time posting. Where do you find this info? Is it readily available. I searched ECB site and I could only find monthly amounts until August.

Also, do these numbers above take into account fluctuating gold price?

No, the gold price is realigned only once per quarter, at the end of a calendar quarter. The price difference was very small between this quarter and last.
