    President Bush poised to quickly sign historic $700 billion plan into law.

    NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- After two weeks of contentious and often emotional debate, the federal government's far-reaching and historic plan to bail out the nation's financial system was on the verge of enactment Friday.

    So what's next? Are battered financials going to pop now that they have the ultimate payday loan? Buffett seems to think so. I'm considering speculating in the too-big-to-fail stocks.
