He was a few days ago in force on the King's Plan thread, and seemed to be in a very good mood, as usual, defending with vengeance any perceived attempt of expressing a disagreement with EJ, using funny and ridiculous comments from time to time to time ( he said Yves Smith is a "clueless person" ).

He seemed to be OK and I don't think that EJ was embarrassed by the defense put by metalman. We all know metalman and appreciate some of his highly entertaining and ... completely fabulous posts...

Metalman runs a finishing school for diplomats and ambassadors. It's where they learn the finer points of drawing room manners, which you must have noticed, is Metalman's natural strong suit. His polite manners are so accomplished that he is known to become almost mincingly dainty sometimes in his expressions. Oh, and the fact that he is always vehemently in agreement with all iTulip positions is merely a natural consequence of his having been hanging around here like a pilot fish since 1999, which has "itulipized" his brain synapses somewhere (I think he even sees the world through a lime-green haze). ;)

so i'm watching the 'debate' (advertising) of sara and joe and i'm thinking...

at the height of the fire econ, bimbos get to debate experienced leaders as if they are equals.

credit funds games that cash will not.

who do i want with their finger on the button while managing a pissed off america and world that the usa had infected with its financial virus as we go into a depression?

              tick tock.

Metalman "wears" an Oscar Wilde avatar. He is famous for his bitting wit and blatant homosexuality:

                http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oscar_wilde

Oscar Fingal O'Flahertie Wills Wilde (16 October 1854 – 30 November 1900) was an Irish playwright, novelist, poet and author of numerous short stories and one novel. Known for his biting wit, he became one of the most successful playwrights of the late Victorian era in London, and one of the greatest celebrities of his day. Several of his plays continue to be widely performed, especially The Importance of Being Earnest. As the result of a widely covered series of trials, Wilde suffered a dramatic downfall and was imprisoned for two years hard labour after being convicted of "gross indecency" with other men.

Re: What ever happened to Metalman?

On his entry to the United States, Oscar Wilde was asked if he had anything to declare.
He apocryphally replied "I have nothing to declare, except my genius."
