    Look on safehaven.com for the last article put up by John Mauldin who published another guy's assessments of banks most likely to fail and succeed. Dead Man Walking he called the troubled institutions.

      That was on Minyanville too. Increasingly sounds like only a matter of time before WaMu buckles at the knees and I have to find another bank.:mad: I have been looking, halfheartedly, but struggling to figure out a way to really know a local bank or credit union is going to be secure. If I hadn't become accustomed to the convenience of online banking, I'd consider the Bank of Mattress.;)
