        Hello Chris: no need to follow a "Messiah". If you eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, good amount of animal protein, whole grains and no garbage food and drinks and do a fair amount of daily exercising you shall have as healthy life as your genetic allowance allows. Of course no smoking, no drugs and little alcohol. Sunshine exposure especially in far northern places. I don't think you need any supplements. Living in a not very contaminated place. And, last but not least, not too much stress. And that's about it.

    This is now and never was anything about some sort of "Messiah". This is a movement that stretches right across the planet. Again, it is simply not as simple as you try to make out; instead it is all about the detail. Good examples being the authorship of books; have you read?:

    The Plant Paradox by Steven R. Gundry, MD, (a renowned Cardiologist and heart surgeon),

    The Iodine Crisis, What you don't know about Iodine can wreck your life by Lynne Farrow

    Iodine, Why you need it, why you can't live without it by David Brownstein, M.D.

    Magnesium Reversing Disease by Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD

    And then, perhaps the most important at this moment:

    Plague of Corruption, Restoring faith in the promise of science by Dr. Judy Mikovits & Kent Heckenlively, JD

    This was never about any single individual; this is all about a deep fraud embedded within the present "health industry", which people all around the planet can see, and are reacting against.

      Ivermectin/Doxycycline/Zinc/Vitamin D3/VitaminC drug trial underway:

      Trial of Combination Therapy to Treat COVID-19 Infection:
      https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/...rmectin+borody

      ==========================

      From The Automatic Earth:

      "While the World is on a vaccine frenzy, the Indian Government is distributing a home Covid Kit with Zinc, Doxycycline and Ivermectin. The cost: $2.65 per person."
      https://www.theautomaticearth.com/20...ember-20-2020/

      -----------------------------------------

      It's called the Ziverdo kit. Here it is:
      https://www.indiamart.com/saenterpri...ml?ss=Covid+19

      I checked with the seller. The cost per kit is $6.44 USD + $38 shipping with tracking.

      I'm not saying anyone should buy this kit. I'm just pointing out that developing nations (who also do "science") have taken a very different approach to this disease. They have not eschewed inexpensive, proven drugs with a long history of safety in favor of exorbitantly expensive, experimental, potentially dangerous treatments.

      I don't know which approach is more beneficial for the people, but we all know which approach is more beneficial for Big Pharma. We also know who has deeper pockets and more influence on policy makers.

        Study investigates effects of Covid-19 vaccine on male fertility
        https://www.local10.com/news/local/2...ale-fertility/

        "To protect fertility, some men may want to consider freezing their sperm prior to vaccination."

        Wouldn't one think that this should be known before everyone is encouraged get the vaccine? Who knows, maybe it's Darwin at work.

          Asymptomatic Spread Re-Visited
          https://www.aier.org/article/asympto...ead-revisited/ "The initial round of lockdowns was not about suppressing the virus but slowing it for one reason: to preserve hospital capacity. Whether and to what extent the “curve” was actually flattened will probably be debated for years but back then there was no question of extinguishing the virus. The volume of the curves, tall and quick or short and long, was the same either way. People were going to get the bug until the bug burns out (herd immunity).
          Gradually, and sometimes almost imperceptibly, the rationale for the lockdowns changed. Curve flattening became an end in itself, apart from hospital capacity. Perhaps this was because the hospital crowding issue was extremely localized in two New York boroughs while hospitals around the country emptied out for patients who didn’t show up: 350 hospitals furloughed workers.
          That failure was embarrassing enough, given the overwhelming costs. Schools closed, commercial rights were vanquished, shelter-in-place orders from wartime were imposed, travel nearly stopped, all large events were cancelled, and so on. Clearly there needed to be a good, solid, science-based reason for why the politicians and their advisers had, on their own, decided to take away much of what we once regarded as human rights.
          Talk about this began in March but faded. Sometime in summer, the idea of asymptomatic spread started to trend, bit by bit. ... "

          ===============================

          Now I know, someone here is going to argue that the author of the above is not an epidemiologist, not a medical expert, therefor they should keep their mouth shut and "leave the Science to the Experts."

          But powerful people like Bill and Melinda Gates and others calling for lockdowns are not epidemiologists, not medical people, not experts. That didn't stop them from influencing public policy.

          "What did surprise us is we hadn’t really thought through the economic impacts." -Melinda Gates

          Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
