Pre WWW days goods were sold by "Sales Reps"........they were a breed of lower middleclass types whom were given by their mean bosses either Ford or Vauxhall (GM) cars. In the days of high interest rates & high import taxes BMW/AUDI/Merc were driven only by Bosses...........
I still recall My trips up & down the Queens highways were i could sail round a conner without lifting............& the poor bastard in the GM shitbox would sail on into Mega understeer!
I miss those days.............
