What sort of spread do you pay over spot and what does shipping cost on deals with the companies?

For silver and gold if you care to put it up?

About 4.8% over spot depending on what type of coins or bars you purchase (more for coins, much less for bars, more for silver, less for gold)

I've never paid more than $50 shipping charges for a very large (bulk and cost) order.

If you are paying more than that, you are getting fleeced.
