New Jim Rogers/Van Eck Index Captures Global Market

I thought it was interesting that Jim Rogers is involved in an equity index, since he said in "Hot Commodities" that he would favor investing in commodities directly over shares of commodity companies. But I guess the index can capture some commodities that are not available on the futures market, such as water.
