Was the stupid housing mania fuelled by all sorts of experts sayiong that housing was in short supply and would continue to be so for many6 years because of immigration etc?

The reaon I ask is that Aus housing looks about to collapse. However the story still here is that it is different here because of immigration, housing shortagesd etc

I have been trying to sell my house to be totally debt free for about 4 months! I missed the market by about 2 weeks I reckon. As yet prices have not declined (much), just a lot of sellers who can't sell!!!
