          We carried LEAP 20/20 for a period when we felt the service offered an interesting and credible analytical voice on the financial markets and economy from Europe at the time when few such services were available. However, over time we determined that the forecasts were becoming increasingly unbalanced and extreme, as did many of our readers, so we decided to stop offering the service.

          All subscribers who asked for a refund were, as far as we know, provided one.
