Are they receiving cellular service, water, sewer, electricity? If so, why? They aren't paying for that infrastructure.

If they've declared themselves a foreign country, shouldn't their actions be taken as a declaration of war?

Or is the strategy just to let them get bored and drift away (leaving taxpayers with the cleanup bill)?

Are the displaced [i.e., exiled] residents and business owners being compensated by Seattle for their losses, or do they still have to pay rent, mortgage and property taxes?
