  • Mazda on to a winner!

It has range for up to 125 miles, however you can get a version with a small compact wankel ranger extender gas engine.

Yes I know the Wankel engine had issunes, but that was because they thirsty when they speed up or slow down.
I was at night school in the early 90's with a bloke whom worked for Mazda uk, he had a RX7 on loan from the press fleet.

He found that running at a consent speed it used less fuel that normal gas engines of the day.

Thus Mazda offer you a way to run 90-95% on EV, but if your suddenly need to make a long trip or have run low on EV, no worries.

They going to sell by the bucket full !

The only draw back is the crap rear seats/ lack of doors...a different body style will sort that.

It does have back doors, those so-called suicide doors that are hinged in the back and open from the front. Estimates are that it will be priced upwards of $30,000 in the U.S. That's kinda steep...

Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Indeed, but its about the same as an large EV, but this one will come with an ranger extender.
Ok that will cost a bit more, but not much............& expect MASSIVE "Green taxes" in Europe/UK VERY soon.......
