Can someone please explain to me the furor over mail-in ballots? We've had them in AZ for years. They're called "Absentee Ballots" and any voter can request one. It's the same paper ballot you get if you vote in person. If you don't mail it back by the deadline you can take it to your polling place on election day and drop it in a box. Couldn't be simpler!
