Yes as we get cheaper battery Chem's will be able to offer BBT (Basic Battery transport) or PLEB mobile ........they might be some what "unenthusiastic" about swapping out that large BMW/Audi/Merc Turbo Diesel for an sub 100 mph BBT.........but am sure the powers to be will be "helpful" in this matter ;)


Up to now the car producers have had to offer EV's with quick motors to just-I-fil the high cost. Once costs fall so will the performance requirements.
You see the car producers have always been able to produce a large power car for almost the price of a small cheap one......you have to find the extra fuel for the more powerful engine....................but now THEY will need to fit a powerful hi tec battery, thus it will cost THEM, more to make it.
