I think they wrong, given the Dutch study of 10,000 people who gave Blood only found 6% had anti-body in them.
Mind you the Stanford data showing 50-80 times more people had the virus & the death rate was 0.6 to 0.06% !!!!

The dutch data comes from samples taken at the beginning of the outbreak. Lets see results for samples 8+ weeks into the outbreak.
