Mega Relieved of Command (stood down for 12 weeks)

I been in a fight on this from Friday last week............in short I am a Reg care giver for my 87 year old Mum.
I walked out on them yesterday, today I got the call.

Ok, I am "Stood down".............my dept is suspened operations & it looks like 6-12 weeks...... (full pay).
