    Tesla?

    or WeWork?

WeWork’a co-working space biz model is shaky at best, with some interesting self dealing by the founder/CEO.

WeWork is halfway thru the IPO paper war and is reporting looking at an IPO listing at “just” $20 billion(massive losses), down from a $47 billion final fundraising earlier this year.....SoftBank’s venture market making/moving fund(chocker full of Saudi cash) invested at $47 billion.

Webvan & Boo.com come to mind.

I'll say! The first electric car I will admit to lust after.
But, but, but, WTF is with the seats in back? The odd looking Panamera wasn't enough?
At least this time Porsche's design team has done a hell a job disguising the four doors and those back seats. It looks better and more classic in blue than in refrigerator white imo.

Finally a serious electric sports car that doesn't look like an oddball electric car.
Everything the Tesla Roadster should have been, but wasn't.
Shows what a company with development capital can really do.
I’m no electrical engineer, but Porsche’s 800V system with reduced charging time, reduced wiring loom requirements, and reduced thermal load on batteries/motor sounds like it makes sense....but electricity is black magic to me.

I rode Harley-Davidson’s production LiveWire bike a few weeks ago on a long ride. Very impressive, but at an equally impressive cost.

Electric cars are are all the rage, and electric motorcycles are coming online too.

but I reckon the most exciting products will emerge in the vast space between bicycles and mid-size motorcycles, but will require regulatory/licensing/registration changes.

Electric aircraft seem to be making some progress.

Based on military drone applications(vertical logistics) I suspect intra-urban or close inter-urban electric vertical transport(<100km round trip for high value small cube cargo, then 2-4 people) could become viable, or at least experimentable within 5 years

LOL. The master of hyperbole is complaining about Posrche's use of "turbo"? Maybe he should examine Tesla's use of "supercharger".

Got to agree with Musk on this one, "Turbo" was the wrong word.

However Car & Driver/Motortrend/Road & Track etc get rather a lot of ad income from VW (Porsche/Audi/Lambo etc). Given the fall in mag sales because of the internet......I think they be er "effected" by that fact.

I dislike Musk, saying he like Edson is like say Walt Disney could draw.....

Like Walt he just running a company, he not invented ANYTHING, but I try to be objective in life. His cars are cutting edge, they shown the future they KILL supercars. Porsche/Audi are going to eat into his top end models, hence why he "Going" to the "Ring" (With a far from stock car).

However, the Model 3 IS doing well sales wise, as I understand it he bleeding cash on ALL his models.........when does he run out of cash?

I say it again, he was put up to this "They" have his back & Tesla is a stocking hourse to force the other car producers into the EV market.
