The French people are in NO mood for this crap, but Germany is trying the same thing.......its not about emissions but comsuption.....a slower move car uses less fuel.
All over ECCP the peoples are being lined up for "Low carbon" use, its a lie............its Low Hydro-carbon use, because these fat debt laden assholes have little REAL wealth. When the SDR's/Gold standard comes in they toast!
