A lot of manufacturing no longer uses cheap labor. In another 15 years, maybe even shoes and final assembly work can be done by robots.

Humans will still be needed to maintain the robots and manufacturing systems untl even these gets replaced by rd2d robots in maybe 30-40 years.

Just watch Star wars and we can know what the future will be like.
