1.Guilt, any will do
2. Find an oppressed people or group....any will do
3. Soak the "Rich"
4. Take ALL that hard earned Tax money & start an agency for "wealth redistribution".........to pay them!
5. Give little to nothing to the "oppressed"
6. Ensure that nothing changes or the gravy train stops
