How about buying agreement for Russia to actually meet and hold its agreed production cutbacks - something it has been very slow to do.

The Turkish/Russian thawing of relations has surprised many.

Maybe a slight thawing of Saudi/Russian relations might occur temporarily, but I suspect not.

Too much bad blood from 80’s oil glut and financing anti-Soviet insurgency, but business is business.
