Oh yes, Landrover said Diesel has a "great furture" because its dead easy to build large SUV's powered by Diesel since 30% of owners run them on on "Red Diesel" (Tax free Diesel lacyed with a Red dye so the tax man can nick the odd one of them).
Then the VW story broke...........my source at Landrover was told they were going for a Hybrid 2 litre Diesel for all models.............then it was down sized to a 1.6 litre engine.....................then a 1.5 3 cyinder Diesel.......................& now
