that does make some sense ... About 25 years ago I had a pair of rockport dress shoes, that I owned while being a road warrior, between dashing through airports and
spending my down time walking about the neighborhoods, I put hundreds or thousands of miles on them. They don't look so good now, but the sole still has life.
Now I seem to be able to walk a pair of shoes out in a year, and I don't walk like I used too.
