Cruelty need not be intentional. Like leaving a dog in a hot car with the windows rolled up, or forgetting to feed a cat for 6 weeks, the callous neglect of the global elite for their own people and institutions, to which they owe the protection of their vaulted status and endless tracts of property, to me shows a kind of obvious cruelty baked into the disposition of these dilettante 'global leaders.'

So long as the billions keep flowing in, they are all too happy to turn a blind eye to Detroit and Cleveland, to Newcastle and Glasgow to Bochum and Dortmund to Montpellier and Lomme to thousands of smaller cities in between...they've been all to happy to sit back and do nothing and neglect their people as misery festers. And now, today, the poor babies cry into their billions about politics in the US getting 'extreme.' For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
