I assume he's making a humorous prediction that EJ will show up just in time to predict "ka-poom" crash.

You are right. itulip.com has January 2014. I was looking the The Front Page link. http://www.itulip.com/forums/content...the-front-page

Yeah, yeah, but I played the "staying around for word on high from EJ" game for well over a year. My subscription only ended this year so I was there all of 2014 and into 2015. I finally realized he had better and more profitable paths to walk. Can't blame him -- the market has gotten so screwed up and manipulated that regular analysis is often no longer valid. It's going to blow up spectacularly one day IMO.

I probably would have stuck around (paid site) if there had been more participation, but as has been commented, traffic apparently has really dropped off. No surprise, most of it was driven by the desire to participate in discussions with EJ and with him absent, the motivation is too.

iTulip was around for the dot-com boom, then went away. It was restarted for the housing boom -- I view this current period as another hiatus. Unfortunately, if and when iTulip does make a formal resurgence, I'm afraid that will portend some very ugly days as Woodsman alludes.

It's a discretionary global macro fund. Unfortunately there is not much else I can say in public but would be happy to share privately.
