Some YEARS ago i told you that the Uni's themselves were build student flats on site. They were cheaper & far better than local rented "Digs" that lacked "Wi-fi" but had "Crime-hi"......mosty they were in local "Free Fire Zones" where the locals could "Tax" young middleclass kids.....
Now you can live on campus, lots sercuty, wi-fi, & drink/sex etc.......Lots of emputy Flats around the place........BTL to follow. Soon Pension funds will "Invest" with local housing trusts to rebuild most of Liverpools run down public housing stock.....vasty Cheaper of local goverment to house scumbags with them, then use Mega's money to pay private landlord to house them in a nice place...........
