A judge had temporarily banned it for lack of insurance coverage in Germany last summer too, and I believe it's re-instated under review there right now. Here's a Reuters map on the matter.

PS: I think it's cute how they appropriated the word "sharing." Silly me, my momma taught me that when you shared something, you didn't ask for money and try to make a profit...
