McGee wouldn’t find out for years, but as the attacks were unfolding, and as he worked with Washington to financially isolate Mugabe, a Wall Street consortium provided the $100 million for the dictator’s government. These millions secured the rights to mine platinum, among the most valuable of minerals, from central Zimbabwe. Several firms were involved in the investment, including BlackRock (BLK), GLG Partners, and Credit Suisse (CS). The most vital player was Och-Ziff Capital Management (OZM), the largest publicly traded hedge fund on Wall Street. An Och-Ziff spokesman declined to comment for this article. Now some of its African investments are at the center of an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission...

    Normal business

One of the first governments to recognize the "blood dripping" Soviet Union was the British in 1922. Murdering of the Romanovs apparently made no difference. Business is business.

Rhodesia was a British colony which as always is done with blood. Besides Don, as you must have notices I love the British Elites :-)

What I had in mind was the fact that in Zimbabwe a river of blood has been shed and yet there is no NATO there or AFRCOM. Why? Because The City and Wall Street is doing business there. There were blood ties between Britain and Romanov's and yet the British counsel in Yekaterinburg "didn't know" what was happening. Yeh right.

Today we have one journalist supposedly beheaded and Hegel wants to set the world on fire. But not so in cases where hundreds or thousands are cold bloodily eliminated as part of "doing business" (not officially because they are defined as terrorists or bandits by the regime). The kabuki play "Orange Jumpsuit" is in full swing, "We must act.". The part they would give me , should I be invited into such a "play", would be one of the guys pulling the blocks for the pyramids

Now some of its African investments are at the center of an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If SEC is in the picture then one of the "top dogs" sees a chance to eliminate a Chihuahua. If the Chihuahua is really clever then they get a pass like Mark Rich, "Thank You Bill".
