The average person on Wall Street made $360k last year. If you invent slithering BS you can only make $100k. Go for WS if you want real money. Most people will hate you but at least they won't be laughing.

Money will give you nothing spiritually but it will offer you the space to pursue something other than money. I don't know EJ but I think if you asked him why he puts so much effort into this site it's because he can afford to do it and it matters to him.

I don't think the US is actually going to collapse...just get smaller and less able as a nation. We will probably change a lot from area to area though...we have a lot of room for the local level to shine while the Federal Government becomes more cumbersome.

But we will certainly not collapse while everyone else is stashing their wealth here, and vacating the various collapsed areas of the world.

While everyone keeps trying to get to America because it is still better than their homeland or anywhere else they want to go, it will not matter what is going on globally, so long as no one starts nuking The US on a regular and widespread basis.

When a real shooting war happens on American soil, however, all bets will be off, because I think they will take down the Grid, and personal survival will be won by hand to hand combat.

Be patient...a lot of bad things are bound to happen here...eventually.
